We've worked together multiple times, and your windows and doors are of excellent quality. Overall, they're much better than buying locally, and the quality is even a bit better than Anderson's.

My experience with Derchi Doors and windows was great. Excellent customer service. Celia from Derchi was extremely helpful and provided all information that was asked from her. Celia made our purchase easy. Celia provided me with videos and photos of the product. As for the product, it arrived at my doorstep with minimal issues. The packaging was well wrapped, but the crate did take a large blow to the top which struck the door. Once the shipping box was opened no other damage was found. The multi slide glass panel that we ordered was very well built and extremely heavy. The only concern that I have would be the lift and slide handle. Everything about the door is over built which is a great thing except for the handle. Hopefully one day Derchi doors and windows will find a better replacement for the future. Overall, fantastic company, I will definitely be purchasing more doors and windows from Derchi.
